1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mosaic mobile application and related
support communications operated by Sweta Rahul Patel. It covers information
collected directly by the app and information collected by third-party
services integrated into the app, such as advertising and consent tools.
2. Information you provide through the app
Mosaic is designed primarily to work on-device.
- Photos and images you choose from your photo library are used to build and edit collages inside the app.
- Images you save are written back to your photo library only when you request that action.
- If camera capture is enabled in the version you use, photos captured with the camera are used for collage creation inside the app.
- If you contact support, we may receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your request.
3. Information collected automatically
The app and its third-party SDKs may collect limited technical information
automatically, including:
- device and app information needed for ads, fraud prevention, or SDK operation
- diagnostic or performance information generated by integrated SDKs
- consent status and privacy choice state used to determine whether ads can be requested
- local app state stored on-device, such as whether onboarding has already been shown
4. Advertising and consent
Mosaic currently integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging
Platform. These services may collect or process identifiers, usage data,
diagnostics, and consent-related information depending on your device,
region, and the consent choices you make.
Where required, Mosaic shows a consent flow so users can review privacy
choices before personalized advertising or certain ad requests are made.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Billing,
payment credentials, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We
do not receive your full payment card details.
6. How we use information
- to provide collage editing, template browsing, image import, save, and share features
- to enable and manage ad-supported experiences
- to record and apply consent choices
- to respond to support requests
- to maintain app security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems
7. How information is shared
We may share information in these limited situations:
- with service providers and SDK partners that help operate app functionality, ads, or consent workflows
- if required by law, legal process, or valid government request
- to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or Sweta Rahul Patel
- as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law
8. Data retention
Mosaic is primarily an on-device app. User-selected images remain on your
device unless you save, export, or otherwise share them. Support emails
and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to
handle the request, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
9. Your choices
- You can control photo library and camera access through iOS Settings.
- You can manage advertising-related privacy choices through the in-app consent or privacy options flow where available.
- You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple account subscription settings.

10. Children's privacy
Mosaic is not directed to children under 13, and Sweta Rahul Patel does not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the
app. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact

Depending on where you are located, your information may be processed by
third-party providers in countries other than your own, subject to
applicable law and their own data handling practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at
the top of the page will be updated when changes are posted.
