Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mosaic app and any related premium features made available by Sweta Rahul Patel.

Effective date: May 29, 2026 Operator: Sweta Rahul Patel

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Mosaic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules, Sweta Rahul Patel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mosaic for personal, non-commercial use unless additional written permission is provided.

3. User content and rights

  • You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you import into Mosaic.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use, edit, share, and publish that content.
  • You must not use the app to infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

4. Premium features, subscriptions, and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription or another in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's billing rules.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase. Any free trial, introductory offer, pricing, and billing details shown in the app at the time of purchase control for that offer.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law permits
  • interfere with app operation, SDK integrations, or security measures
  • use the app in a way that violates platform rules or the rights of others

6. Availability and updates

Sweta Rahul Patel may change, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Mosaic at any time, including templates, premium features, advertising integrations, and design elements.

7. Third-party services

The app may include third-party services or SDKs, including Apple billing, advertising, and consent tools. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweta Rahul Patel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.

10. Termination
