Sweta R. Patel ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Drawing Desk – Doodle & Paint mobile application (the "App").

2.1 Information you create in the App
The App allows you to create drawings and artwork. Drawings you create are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
We do not currently require you to create an account to use the App.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Depending on how you use the App and which system or third-party services are active, certain information may be collected automatically, such as:
- device information
- app version and operating system version
- crash or diagnostic information
- purchase and subscription status information provided by Apple
- advertising-related data used to serve and measure ads
2.3 In-app purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and related purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Apple may provide us with limited subscription or transaction status information necessary to determine whether premium access should be unlocked in the App.
2.4 Rewarded ads
The App may offer rewarded ads that temporarily unlock certain features, including Dash and Neon.
When ads are shown, third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob may collect and process certain information, which can include:
- device identifiers
- IP address
- approximate location
- advertising interaction data
- performance and diagnostics data
This data is processed according to the provider's own privacy policies and platform requirements.

We use information to:
- operate and maintain the App
- save and restore your drawings on your device

4. How Your Drawings Are Handled
Your drawings are primarily stored locally on your device.
If you choose to export or share a drawing, the content is shared only through the action you initiate.
We do not currently provide a user account system or cloud gallery inside the App.

- Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Google AdMob for rewarded ads
- Google User Messaging Platform for consent and privacy messaging

Because much of the App's content is stored locally on your device, some requests may require you to manage or delete data directly from your device.

Locally stored drawings remain on your device until you delete the App, clear the data, or remove the drawings yourself.
Third-party providers may retain data under their own retention policies.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review and address the situation.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information related to the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party providers used by the App may process information in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.
